What makes it popular: It's just a common cliche of fighting anime
Reason that I hated it: It's so predictable, I could be watching a fighting anime for the first time and predict the moment this happens before it even does
Does the hate really worth it?: Not entirely, it's just a pet peeve of mine and probably someone else's too.
