Melqart also have othe reasons:
- Godou shows respect for Melqart as a god whic he finds value in.
- Godou managed to defeat Veretragna something Melqart couldn't.
- Godou is found to be an interesting person for the god and also just happens to have the authorities and will of the god that Melqart previously fought.
