Didn't Verethragna and Melqart fight,leaving both near death with Verethragna winning? Godou then used his tablet to finish of Verethragna.
I interpreted it as that all involved parties were teleported to Pandora, with Godou and Melqart leaving and Verethragna staying (or whereever he goes).
