Kyouya would definitely be my number one, with the twins and Tamaki a little behind. He's just so bloody hot and brilliant. And you get to see how he's changed throughout the series. Plus I love the glasses. I love the last episode when he steals a dance with Haruhi.
Tamaki and the twins are both hilarious, though so I had to add them.
