I don't have any pictures or names but I'm looking for the name of this anime:
*involves a brother and a sister (the brother has like blond hair) who are both police officers so to speak
*main story involves a massive "demonic" earthquake that happened years earlier near there apartment building and killed tons of people including their parents
*and now, these nasty/ugly creatures start coming out of the earthquake zone and start killing people/taking over their body
*the brother ends up wielding some kind of power to kill these creatures
*anime is a couple years old (my guess is like early 2000s, the visuals weren't top notch)

I THOUGHT it had "Tokyo" in the title name, but it didn't, I think xP
