erm, that's true if we assume she watched it all before timeline 6 was launched, but there is a certain possibility she was there after her final demise, reuniting with Madoka. But even in that sense, what we see is her remembering her reason for making that wish in the first place. But I ranted enough about it in Sayaka-related thread.
Sayaka was never selfish per se, otherwise she'd jump at Kyouko's advice in a matter of seconds. Or went yandere upon Kamijou and Hitomi after seeing her confess to him. And the list goes on.
