first off, I'm fairly new to IRC. I've been using is as little as possible for the last year because of bit torrents, but finally I have a reason to use it again.

I can connect to the irc.irchighway.net server but when I join the #snoopycool channel it's empty...any ideas?

Also, if anybody can send the manga (I'm only looking for what isn't in the anime) to me that'd be freaking awesome! Just send me a PM or something if you can help. I'll also be checking this every couple days just in case I get a responce but it seems to be pretty dead.
