I think that Kagura wanted to keep the duel between herself and Erza, asking why she was harboring Jellal. Of course now, it's very likely that it will be blurted out that Jellal is impersonating Mystogun. This will be messy, as these kinds of fights often are.
And Mavis, don't freak me out! I should have learned my lesson from 'Dragon Force', but I didn't think that Mavis was the type to over-react to something like that. Even if Minerva is using some rare magic (aren't half the magics used 'rare' in some sort or fashion).
I feel like the 3-way is going to be some weird form of 'Let's Make a Deal'. Either that, or there's going to be one EPIC suckerpunch on Minerva coming up and far be it from us to say that she won't deserve it.
