Whoa...
Sure, what's happening is wrong and royally stuffed up, but "the scene" in the animated adaptation took me by surprise at how tender and heartwarming it was.
This is an actual genuine love scene, compared to most other purely physical H-scenes out there. The sincere-and-heartfelt performances of the voice actresses, warm and gentle piano music and the tasteful art direction really helped. Somebody give the director a cigar for making something so wrong seem so right.
Must be getting soft in my old age....
