1) It reflects your level to a certain extent. If you doing AC at lv 80 , you can get up to 70+ lv item or lv 30+ items.
2) You don't have to be in a party but you wouldn't clear the dungeon.
3) You will still be in the party but out of the dungeon unless they kick you.
4) For all pratical purposes its impossible.
