Just stumbled across this and am kinda happy the OVA is at least included, though in DVD quality :S

However, anyone know if this will also be released in other regions? If not, will my Region A ps3 be able to play this?

I heard about BD players/ps3 able to play all blurays no matter what the region is and can play anything as long as its in HD.
