I haven't watched a romance/slice of life show in a long time, and I'm not sure this counts as slice of life.. but..
Not a bad show.. Actually it was surprisngly good, with some insightful gems here and there ("They see me as what they believe to see, in the end I'm an illusion, in the end believing the curse is what makes it real, etc.), and I liked that they didn't leave the conclusion to Yuukos story to be wrapped up in the last couple of episodes. Also that there was a harem, but not really. Kirie felt a little over dramatic at times, as did her problems, but overall both okonogi and kirie were solid side characters.
Having said that, what a horrid ending. It was a good, sensible ending with some goddamn
depth (so rare!), while not being too sad, literally up until the last scene. Then its like they took a shit on my face.
