Most likely a promotional pictures. No fan would put some sample stuff on his creation unless he wanted to earn some JPN Yen.
Its either some official stuff like posters, daikamuras and something like that.
Or cover of some fanmade doujin sold on who knows what C82 or somewhere else.
Its most likely cover or inside picture of H doujin as far as the amount of ecchi goes.
