I might only be speaking for myself here, but I greatly prefer physical copies. I feel uncomfortable purchasing nothing but data; there's no guarantee I'll be able to keep it if, say, my hard drive dies, and besides I prefer to display my games on a shelf anyway. Can't do that with digital downloads.
