Why? Klein is not an inherently Jewish name, it's a Germanic name (if we're basing "Clyne" on it), and since Siegel is from the Kingdom of Scandinavia that could very well be the reason - Norway and Sweden are North Germanic/Scandic.
And this is perfectly on topic, since we're discussing possible names for a story and the reasons as to why they are how they are... yes.
