I never said that Tsukune treated her like a fake, but he was told that she was fake and just that was jarring enough that he BSoD'ed in the memory world of Moka. Despite that, he didn't change his feelings for her. Seeing that Omote was Akasha, the fact that 'Omote' was real (in a sense) was enough.
