Arena 19 is indeed lopsided in terms of popularity. Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai! is popular as a VN, but not as popular as an anime in respect to Papa no Iu Koto o Kikinasai!. As for Arena 38, I think the tag team match saved Yosuga no Sora. Hideyoshi can take out all three if he wants, but Yuuko might weigh him down. Sora and Haruka are both popular in their own right, so I think the males are going to decide which of them will win.
