2. Well... jeez, instead of listing all that, why don't they list what you actually *can* use on the card?
"No cartoons"... And I think you'd have trouble convincing them that the girls really do look that way IRL, giving off the 2D aura that they do, but ah, you hit the "no celebrities" rule...
I think your best bet is to use the Lucky*Star logo and feigning ignorance. Or just cosplay as Kona and that works just as well too.
