Finally as I have completed the game, the only thing Touma did which is cool is

After being a butt monkey for most of the game, if you select him to fight Yuri in the last battle, he will tell the poor girl who is hoping to die so as not to harm the others as she is killing things against her will due to her powers that he had experienced the same thing just like her and knows how she feels as that was how he feels as well. However, he was resqued by Nanoha and gang and tells her that he will stop her and give her the chance to have a new life just as the others have given him. According to the story, the driver recovers its powers and Touma's defense became higher in the last battle. Nothing much though as his defense is high normally.
