Nope, It's not been shown in the anime. But Shirayuki do all the jobs or rather all the other student council members always go home early though they don't go home but go to shopping or something. Can't remember much about it. And so all the student council work was always force onto her alone. I also think she's also a member of gardening club too. Being a honor student the teachers always ask for help on her. She works and works like it's the only thing she knew. If I remember it right. The reason why Kinji brought Shirayuki to see fireworks. Because he is fed up on seeing Shirayuki doing all the work alone and when Kinji ask why she doesn't go with with the other student council members to go mall or window shopping. Shirayuki only answered that she is only allowed to move inside Butei high and she can't leave outside.
