ok so finished the anime up recently. The worst part of the anime to me was the ending.. it had a 1 year gap which utterly killed the mood and made no sense. Why the hell would they be appart for so long? it was crazy and really kinda brought down my enjoyment. I have a questions hopefully someone can answer

1) My understanding is in the novel its only about 2 months, is that correct? that would make a lot more sense.

2) Looking at the ending description i guess theres a 2 month gap after she disapears here then she just shows up at the start of the new school year? is that right? The thing is im curiuos how they wrap it up after that. Do they admit they love eachother? Or is it just like 'oh hey whats up'? The anime ending was kinda flat and im wondering what they said to eachother at the end here.

3) in the anime theres a very passionate kiss scene at the grandparents house that gets very hot and heavy (one of the best kiss scenes ive ever seen in an anime) The camera just kinda pans away... and im not sure what happens lol. Its kinda implied they made love but im not sure. Is it any clearer in the novel? is that scene even there? I only saw refrence to something about a 'futon scene'

hopefully someone can clear that up, this was a pretty damn good series.

i'd like to know it too. i also don't get what Taiga said to Kitamura in New Year's Eve. maybe i can guess it, but i'd just like to know if in the nove explains it better than the anime.
