Er... Colored illustration page don't necessary reveal all the characters in the actual story...
I mean you don't see Setouchi's name in Michi color illustration either yet she's in the black & white illustrations.

Edit: I went ahead and found the
source of that image (spoilers aplenty if you can read Japanese). The blog post that posted that illus was indeed talking about Ozawa Misaki from the Track club and was talking about the event I mentioned in the last post. So while I'm not sure why she isn't in the text you mentioned, I'm pretty certain that's Ozawa.
Ehhh no point debating about this though, I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.
