While it does not have to follow the entire story of Isara's route (unlikely, unless the anime wants to have the breakup of the team and near failure of the election added in the story) it's very possible that the anime could adopt the anti-discrimination plan from Isara's route as a part of their election manifest (assuming that the anime primarily goes for the plan that stopped the monopoly of "Tacos" from Chisato's route). Because the anime has pointed out that the bullying is a serious matter.

(or rather they did it differently but I distinctly recall Satsuki had been in the club room against it). Like you had split screens of Chisato and Satsuki confronting one another face to face (there was also one of the Shinonome sisters).

The anime has completely skipped the personal inspection of the clubs, because it immediately went for the disbandng of clubs and budget cuts.

It is possible that they could go for Satsuki, but i have some doubts now after rereading Satsuki's story a little for answering yesterday's question.

The anime has already somewhat explained the actual goal of why Satsuki wanted to be the student president. In the VN, Satsuki told Ojima those reasons after she has lost her motivation because she learned the reasons why Hazuki has left her home 7 years ago.

Have you entirely forgotten about her scar that she got from her operation(s) a few years ago? Which was one of the first reasons in her route that started all the drama.

It never mattered that they were called "Saru" or not, because it was never actually used in the VN in a way that would effect the plot. So i don't mind that the anime has entirely skipped on calling them monkeys before
