decendant of an ancient belka figure. Either that or she actually is the figure in question. Said figure is some sort of dog/fox girl (Tsuzuki has spent too much time on Dog Days, apparently), that knew Olivie, Claus, and Jerimiah. She causes so much trouble because her magic does some strange stuff, like shrink people into bottles or de-age them.

Rio finds a book that is Jerimiah's diary or something and we see his first meeting with Olivie when they were kids. She has no arms, but has some fancy footwork.
