I didn't and I went thru puberty. Gender issues not withstanding of course.
Family is not normal. I agree with Mirai especially since Mari had a round birthday cake for her daughter.
Kids died in episode 2 (12:39-13:05). Nicely shown under rubble too. It's not that light.
