Her route on the second PSP game also revealed more of Saori's other side and back story behind it. It took some plot from the light novel and that route is also written by Fushimi himself.
I think she'll get more popularity when second season starts. Poor her, there's hardly any merchandise, especially figure, of her. It always Kuroneko and Kirino (and on few ocassion, Ayase). Even Meruru gets her own Nendoroid figure, but no luck for Saori
