Not quite. Each floor has a town, a dungeon, and a boss, that has to be defeated in order for the players to progress to the next floor.

Does HP (hit point) bar exist in SAO?

Yes. It curves around the player as was shown in the PV.

Does SAO display how much damage a user took?

The L/Ns didn't. We were just told how much of their HP bar was knocked off during an attack, or how much remained after one. The anime might do it as an anime only quirk. Who knows.

Does lag/bugs/dupes exist in SAO?

Nope. However, there is something that's frowned upon, but I'll refrain from saying anymore as the next episode should deal with that.
