What a mess.
Considering the build-up they did for these final episodes, they really botched this finale. The only consolation was the fantastic boss, mobile suit and fleet battle scenes. Strangely, I do like the xenomorph looking Vegan Gear SID.
IMO, grandson (and now supporting character) Kio didn't even convince Flit entirely; it took Yurin and the rest of earlier vegan victims for him to eventually reevaluate his saviour belief and spare the vegan hypocrites who do follow Ezelcant. The one that started the war even have the nerve to absolve himself to Kio...he DOES NOT deserve to die peacefully like that.
With that kind of epilogue 37 years later, any potential Age movie should focus on Captain Ash's adventures instead.
