But in all seriousness, using the IS during dramatic segments is impossible. In Canon they joke around with using it, but they're actually banned from summoning in anything but designated areas. One doujinshi even showed this: When Rin summoned her Shenlong gauntlet during her stalking of Ichika an Charlotte's date, Laura snitched on her to a nearby police officer and she was arrested for public rampaging with an IS.
