For the small, meaningless, mundane things it's hardly anything unusual. To actually see this effect you need an action that is a '
Long Shot' so to speak, one that is against incredible and impossible odds like throwing a basketball into the net while backwards and blindfolded or something.
Of course this is all abit general, we wouldn't know details until the translations begin.
