^ I was wondering about that too. It somewhat feels like this whole method to make Kamito stronger is convoluted.
I mean, what would have happened if she just showed up and was like: "Kamito, these people here want to support you, you are the Dark Spirit King reincarnated, blah blah blah.. I'll come back to you if you get stronger?"
