without the war arc it would be much better...
so, in short: give everything of before war arc a 10/20 and the war arc a 1/20 than we would have a 5.5/20 for the whole manga :/ which is bad, at least for me  |

Anyway, my opinion is pretty much the same. I all but gave up on the series about a year ago (really only came back for the home stretch), but despite that I really liked the series as a whole. So a 7 (6.5 rounded up) from me.
