Damn, as soon as I read the chapter title I was hoping we'd finally get to see Vegapunk. I guess a partial silhouette is better than nothing though.~
And yeah, the dragon Luffy found is likely Momonosuke. Question is though is why he's able to talk looking like that. Could possibly be a devil fruit power thanks to this revelation.
