Well I've never read the novels (only the summaries), but--from the pictures I've seen--Tiffania doesn't seem like one who'd be at all insecure about her bust.
On the same note, I wouldn't expect Louise to say such a thing, but perhaps she will given the events of the previous volume, that Sushi-Y so generously summarized.
