Index special energy..... If she's not using ordinary mana then that could explain the telesma based crimson wings of index but still that doesn't explain much on why he can't use it in normal means.
Ollerus is using a combination of his knowledge but for index if she just initiate one spell then that doesn't need much mana though for Fiamma when his using index's spell. His powered by telesma and not mana.
I wonder what's the origin of Index.
