Tatenashi only nerfed in physical department, she still the best pilot amongst student so far (bar Louise, who's kinda equal in skill but inferior in emotional control).
Kanzashi, I still haven't decided, but amongst the teen cast, she's best tuner, followed by Honne, Madoka, then Tatenashi.
