I found Sumomo mo Momo mo over the top in humor. Sumomo mo Momo mo, like Seto no Hanayome, is one of the few anime that had me coughing I was laughing so hard. I gotta warn you though, this anime is pretty pervy. The martial artist parents of the main characters had arranged for their children's marriage. When they get older only the would-be groom has complaints. He has long since given up martial arts and has decided to live a normal life. His would-be bride, however, takes her training very seriously and tries in every way she can to get him to produce a male heir that can learn her family's ultimate technique.
Like RWBladewing suggested, Chromartie High School is pretty funny too.
