So Sasuke turned his back on Orochimaru now. He'll possibly be able to escape thanks to Naruto & co during a new rescue operation as they know it's about time for the body switch jutsu.
Sasuke, once retrieved will act a little heartless, but less than before when they met the first time.
In Konoha, after a while, he might offer his excuses to Naruto for all he did and said... Then, when Naruto gets emotional and cries a little, Sasuke extends a chakra blade, wanting to kill Naruto, to obtain Mangekyou Sharingan as he's in a hurry to kill Itachi. Naruto getting emotional gives an opening to attack him...
A jounin sees everything and gets killed to save Naruto (maybe one of the sensei... Iruka?).
Naruto gets really angry and goes 4 tail inside Konoha with Sasuke having to rely on the Cursed Seal to match Naruto's strenght. They start a violent fight, wiping out an entire block in Konoha.
Thanks to the intervention of Jiraiya, Kakashi and Yamato they can stop the fight before Konoha gets wiped out by a 4-tail Fuuton Rasenshuriken.
Sasuke gets locked up under heavy ANBU surveillance with seals etc, while Naruto gets his part of sanctions as well and good for a new training in controlling emotions... possibly by Sai, with background information about Danzou and slowly moving to a Danzou + Orochimaru arc.
