Dude... that's not a swastika, but rather a reversed image of it + some flowery stuff done to it -- it's a symbol found in buddhism, I believe.
I feel that because a lotta ppl are prolly ignorant about the "supposed swastika", mebbe that's why the Japanese animators gave Neji an "Xbox symbol" instead now.. sigh... ^_^ ;
