I think it has to do with a young girl's embarrassment mentality. Like in the previous episode, she is more embarrassed if she is the only one undressed. Also, daytime tends to be more embarrassing, especially if someone is staring at you. Showing too much affection can be embarrassing as well, if she shows more than him. I think these are all normal reactions for inexperienced or little experience girls.
