This might be interesting. The setting after E7 was really open-ended. You could easily tell another story from it. If the boy really is Renton and Eureka's son, you can also expect some discrimination.

I don't know what to expect. Maybe it'll be good. I hope they actually have a story to tell instead of just wanting to cash in on E7 like the (terrible) movie.

Edit: I guess I'm just being sour. The movie had a story to tell. I hope the series finds a way to expand on E7's setting. The movie could've had a completely different setting and different characters and still would have worked fine. I hope this one is able to be distinct so it won't be seen as just piggybacking E7 (like Tales of Symphonia 2) yet still retain some of the setting of E7.
