Considering the fact that all these releases are only conversions of other VNs, unless Type-Moon / Age itself releases the game for iOS/Android, you wont be seeing a non Jailbreak release anytime soon. Not saying you should jailbreak, its a risk you will have to run for a little more freedom.
I'm trying Tsukihime on my android, since it's only 200mb.
