I'm pretty sure TERA already has an M rating. But what I've heard is because of various church-affiliated "interest" groups, if you want to put it that way.
I really love the Elin heavy armor appearances but I'm not a fan of berserker or lancer...
EDIT: Amazon reports ESRB rating of M.
