Not possible, the weapons that dominate that particular universe happen to be

Fusion plasma throwers [assault ships], anti-proton turrets [gen use], nuclear warheads with railgun launchers and my personal fav. anti-matter torpedo/mines. These guys most cetainly don't have graviton based weaponary. Doesn't matter, it's all pretty nasty.

Probably the closest to the graviton torpedo is the Murabasa used by the male fleet against the Vandread carrier.
