That's why you have to keep your lists updated. Of course it's not bullet proof, but until Winny or Share gets more popular in the English speaking countries, this is all we can do for now (if you use P2P).

Just read the link you posted, the simple answer would be not to piss off BlueTack's admin, I don't surf when I'm P2P'ing anyways, cuz the HTTP blocking basically blocks you from 75% of the sites. So I don't really care if they block a few more innocent sites, as long as the anti-p2p IPs are blocks, I'm fine with it. And like I said before, if you trust uTorrent, then keep using it. Just like I trust BlueTack so I keep using their list. There's no evidence (yet) that saids uTorrent is compromising your information.
