Basically Kamito got weaker in the 3 years gap while Rubia got stronger. Stronger than Kamito in his peak...
Well it is a 3 years gap after all a plenty of room to improve...
A share Kamito deteriorated... but if he is to overcome his previous/former state/peak in a very short period then that would be cool
