Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS Sound Stage M3
Spoiler for Sound Stage M3:
01 – Greetings
Vivio: Hello everyone, this is Takamichi Vivio.
Nanoha: Um, and I’m Takamichi Vivio’s mother, TSAB Tactical Instructor Takamichi Nanoha and…
Fate: TSAB HQ Enforcer Fate Testarossa Harlaown and…
Hayate: Former Commander of Mobile Six, currently taking a break from HQ and similar battalions to take command of a criminal investigation unit by the sea shore, Lieutenant Colonel Yagami Hayate. (bad translation)
Vivio: This time with these members, we shall be presenting Megami magazine Presents Special CD Sound Stage M3.
Nanoha: We’re recording by Midchilda’s sea while waves lap past.
Hayate: Since its summer and by the beach, all of us is wearing bathing/swim suits during this recording (awkward translation).
Everyone (but Hayate): Huh? Wha? Um?
Hayate: Oh?
Fate: Er, um no. We’re all wearing our normal uniforms.
Nanoha: Yeah…
Vivio: I just come back from school, so I’m in (school) uniform too.
Hayate: Since this is an audio media (bad translation: aosei?), so I’m sure everyone in their heart is imagining us in swimwear.
Nanoha: Makes you nervous/Makes you feel self-conscious eh.
Hayate: Well, this makes it the third time we’ve recorded a CD like this. The first time was when Nanoha-chan and Fate-chan were 9 years old. The second time, all three of us, including me, were 19 years old,
Fate: And this time, three of us are 20 years old and….
Vivio: Takamichi Vivio, age 7. All four of us are going to be presenting this program to you.
Nanoha: We thought we should tell you about our current condition/situation and about the JS incident.
Hayate: But first, we have to say this now…
All: Please take care/treat us well.
Vivio: This episode/CD, anime, game, bishoujo character info magazine, has been sponsored by Megami magazine.
02. 重大発表!?
02. An important announcement!?
Vivio: Well then, let’s get started right away.
Fate: Currently, we have resolved the JS Case/Incident and demobilized Mobile Six since it has fulfilled its duty/purpose.
Hayate: It’s been only a few days since the members of Mobile Six has gone on to different posts.
Nanoha: Presently, there are no big cases in Midchilda or in other worlds, so it’s been pretty peaceful.
Hayate: And during that time, something really interesting came up/happened.
Nanoha: Er… Heh… Well…
Fate: Is it really that… interesting?
Vivio: A major/important announcement concerning my Mamas!
Hayate: DRUMROLL! They’ve decided to do a movie based on Nanoha-chan and Fate-chan’s childhood past!
V+H: YEAH!!!
Fate: Um… Er…
Nanoha: Er… Thank you.
Hayate: Oh, this film isn’t coming out in Mid rather it’s only going to be released on our listening audience’s world
Vivio: But that’s so amazing!
Hayate: Well then, let’s ask our two main characters.
Vivio: What kind of movie will this be?
Nanoha: Ah, the movie will be based on our story when we were nine year old selves.
Fate: The Jewel Seed Case/Incident when Nanoha and I first met.
Hayate: And here we have the movie info/script and screenplay
Nanoha: When did you…?
Vivio: Oh, Mamas’ barrier jacket designs even look a bit different…
Nanoha: Yeah, you’re right.
Hayate: Bardiche and Raising Heart look so tough/rugged too.
Vivio: You’re right!
Fate: Yeah.
Hayate: Hm hm, this looks like it’s going to become very interesting. So how are you two involved in this?
Nanoha: Well, we both accepted to have a very thorough interview and describe details…
Fate: And we read/saw the scenes/contents and corrected what was wrong.
Nanoha: I was responsible for supervising/coordinating the aerial combat scenes.
Hayate: Oh, so the fight/combat scenes were made under the supervision of a Tactical Instructor.
Vivio: So will they put “Made in cooperation with the Air Combat Tactical Training Division” in the credits?
Nanoha: Oh, I doubt it.
Hayate: Well, it’s supposed to be released next year, so there’s plenty of stuff that we can’t talk about, but I look forward to seeing it. So do you two have anything you want to say to everyone?
Nanoha: Um, how should I say this, it’s my own past and all but it’s a little embarrassing to me.
Fate: I hope that people will enjoy the film.
Nanoha: The small nine year old Takamachi Nanoha and…
Fate: Together with the small Fate Testarossa before she became a part of the Harlaown family.
Nanoha: The story of Yuuno and all those who were caught up in that Case/Incident, I would be happy if people that story.
Fate: That’s how we feel.
Nanoha: Yes.
V+H: OH~!
Vivio: We’ll take a break from our talk about Mamas’ upcoming movie for now…
Hayate: And move on our regular recording, the original intent/purpose of this CD.
Vivio: Yes!
Fate: Vivio’s really enthusiastic/good at this.
Nanoha: She really likes this sort of stuff
03 – Question Correspondence Corner!
Vivio: Question correspondence corner! From my mama’s and Commander Hayate’s home planet, 97th non-administered planet. We’ve received lots of letters with questions from everyone on Japan, Earth
Hayate: From this big pile of correspondence letters, we’ll choose the most interesting we can.
Vivio: We’re thinking of answering them all together!
Nanoha: Um… please don’t be too hard on us…
Fate: Yes, please…
Hayate: Okay then, here’s the first question. I know that Mobile Six has resolved the JS Incident/case but I would like to know in detail what everyone has been doing now and after disbanding.
Vivio: We’ve received lots of letters with this question!
Nanoha : In detail… hm… I wonder where I should start…
Fate : Ah, so there are some meticulous (trivial) questions, too. Um…
Hayate : Why don’t we start with what everyone found most difficult and interesting/rewarding/profound a year after Mobile Six?
Vivio : Okay, first starting with Nanoha-mama.
Nanoha: Let’s see. I guess for my job as a tactical instructor, the most difficult and most rewarding experience is teaching everyone?
Hayate: You’ve been teaching nothing but new recruits/newcomers too.
Nanoha: Privately, I guess meeting Vivio and becoming her mama…
Hayate: She doesn’t seem to think that her and Viita taking down the Cradle together alone or defeating/crushing the Sankt Kaiser unaided were the most difficult or most memorable thing.
Fate: Well, this is Nanoha we’re talking about…
Hayate: Oh, nothing, it’s nothing. What about you Fate-chan?
Fate: As for me, I guess compared to everyone else I haven’t had much difficulty. Investigative and judicial jobs were the most common.
Hayate: Hm, really?
Fate: I guess my most rewarding experience was closely watching and raising Erio and Caro for a year. I was surprised how connected I became with Erio and Caro.
Vivio: Oh you mean when you encouraged Erio and Caro?
Fate: Yes, that’s it.
Vivio: You know, when you try talking to those two about that time, they become really embarrassed!
Fate: Really? There’s no reason to be embarrassed though, I was really thankful for that time.
Hayate: You know, I just noticed recently but Vivio doesn’t seem to regard Fate as a mama quite as strongly.
Nanoha: Hm, I guess so. Fate is keeping a distance from Vivio.
Hayate: Because you’ve become Vivio’s mama?
Nanoha: Fate-chan is still Vivio's guardian and still loves her.
Hayate: So Fate is more like a sister to Vivio now.
Nanoha: Yup, Erio and Caro are more like relatives right now too.
04. スターズな思い出
04. Star’s Memories (Feelings)
Vivio: Okay Commander Yagami!
Hayate: Oh? I guess I’m next then. Well then, the most difficult experience I had was probably everything about running my own division. Realizing my lack of strength, experience and naivety was pretty painful.
Nanoha: That wasn’t the case at all!
Fate: Yeah.
Hayate: Well, it’s true that the end results were great. So I’m pretty thankful how it all turned out. My fondest achievement/memory is that the case/incident safely solved and everyone had such impressive personal growth.
Nanoha: I see.
Hayate: It’s definitely my best memory.
Fate: That’s true.
Vivio: Well then, we’ll hear from those same very happy graduates have to say for this question!
N+F+H: HUH?
Vivio: Start the video tape/film!
Fate: Subaru?! Teana?!
(Subaru: Is it on?)
Nanoha: Vivio did you record this? When?
(Teana: Kinda makes you feel nervous eh?)
Vivio: Yesterday afternoon, when Subaru and Teana had some time off.
Fate: Oh, Teana took some time off that day.
Vivio: Well then, presenting the duo who is wearing the utterly dazzling rescue team silver and blue HQ uniforms!
Subaru: Long time no see everyone! This is former Mobile 6 member, currently posted at the Harbor/Maritime special rescue team Private First Class Subaru Nakajima.
Teana: It has been awhile, ma’am! This is former Mobile 6 member, currently posted at HQ as Fate-san’s aide/assistant, Adjutant/Assisant Enforcer Teana Lanster.
Subaru: I don’t know where to start, there are too many great memories about Mobile 6. It’s possible to sum it up in a sentence or two.
Teana: It sure was/Tell me about it…
Subaru: Well, I guess our most amazing/important memory is our year long combat/battle training we had.
Teana: That was real tough wasn’t it?
Subaru: Yes but thanks to it, we became really strong.
Teana: Yes. Thanks to you, Captain Nanoha and Vice Captain Vita.
Subaru: We have many memories of our times when we were in the front line of battles/combat and living in the dormitory together but…
Teana: Our year with Mobile Six are the greatest/most memorable we ever had in our lives. We are sincerely/deeply thankful to our Mobile Six superiors and comrades/coworkers
Subaru: Yes!
S+T: Thank you very much.
Vivio: And that’s how it is!
Nanoha: I see.
Fate: Wait, if there’s a video of Subaru and Teana then… that means…
Hayate: That’s right!
Vivio: Run the video/film!
05 – Lightning’s Memories (Feelings)
Erio: It’s been awhile, formerly of Mobile Six, currently Frontier Nature Conservation Corps probationary officer Erio Mondial. (bad translation)
Caro: The same, probationary officer Caro Ru Lushe … and Fried!
Nanoha: It really has been awhile.
Hayate: Oh, have those two grown?
Fate: Yup, particularly Erio, he’s gotten taller.
Erio: Um, my memories of Mobile Six… consists of encountering/meeting many people such as…
Caro: Nanoha-san, Commander Yagami,
Erio: Lieutenant Signum and Lieutenant Vita,
Caro: Subaru-san, Teana-san, Shirley-san and Alto-san and the others.
Erio: Lu (Lutecia?), Gallio (garyu?), Agito and all the Numbers! I learned many things from them and I thought to myself, I had an amazing experience with them.
Caro: And we managed to get along with Vivio-chan too.
Hayate: Those two not only get along with Lutecia, but also with the Numbers! The capability of children to adapt is truly amazing! (alt translation: The ability of children to forgive/befriend/sympathize is amazing.)
Nanoha: Yes it is.
Vivio: Incidentally (by the way), the most difficult thing Vivio/I had to deal with in Mobile Six since the end of the mission/incident… is dealing with/triumphing over green peppers in the last three months. (bad translation)
Nanoha: Now you don’t have problems with that any more.
Vivio: Yup, I’m not picky anymore! (Yup, I don’t have likes and dislikes any more!)
Hayate: That’s amazing.
06. 高町さんちの毎日
06. The everyday life of Takamachi Household
Vivio: Alright then, let’s move on to the next question. Go ahead Commander Yagami.
Hayate: Okay then. This question is for Captain Nanoha.
Nanoha: What is it?
Hayate: Since Mobile Six was demobilized, how is it like to be living with Vivio?
Nanoha: Let’s see, I returned to the Instructor Corps and got posted at HQ. Vivio is a student at magic school/academy.
Vivio: We’re pretty much doing our own thing until the afternoon.
Nanoha: Yes. And I’ve hired Aina-san who was with us at Mobile Six as our nanny to be my home keeper. She does the usual household chores for me when I can’t get home.
Hayate: Vivio, what are you doing in the afternoon while you’re waiting for your mama to come back home?
Vivio: Let’s see, I do my homework, play with my friends and helping out Aina-san!
Nanoha: That and you go to the Infinite Library/Archives.
Vivio: Yeah! There are lots of interesting books at the Infinite Library/Archives.
Hayate: Oh, that’s true.
Vivio: And Yuuno-kun is there too!
Nanoha: Yeah, Yuuno-kun really helps me out.
Fate: He even taught her retrieval magic.
Vivio: Yeah, now I can find my favourite books all by myself.
Hayate: That’s amazing.
Fate: It might be pretty exciting if she became a librarian of the Infinite Library/Archive in the future.
Vivio: One of my possible future career/jobs!
Hayate: Nanoha-chan’s job hasn’t changed at all right?
Nanoha: That’s right, my same old Instructor self.
Fate: But now she’s with Vita.
Hayate: She sure is. Oh, there are those who don’t know anything about this. My Vita has gone on to join the Instructor Corps at Nanoha-chan’s recommendation/encouragement.
Nanoha: That’s right. She only just finished her job training but she went straight to work right away.
Vivio: They say that Vice-Captain’s Ancient Belkan skills/techniques and knowledge are in high demand at the Instructor Corps.
Hayate: I see. It would be great if Ancient Belka’s arts/techniques and wisdom comes in handy for everyone.
Nanoha: Yeah.
07. フェイトさんのいろいろ
07. The many happenings of Fate-san
Vivio: Well then, let’s move on to the next question! Hm… Mama read it!
Nanoha: Oh, okay. A question for Fate-san.
Fate: Yes?
Nanoha: After Mobile Six’s disbanding, Fate-san took Shari-san and Teana-san with her back to her duties at HQ but you’ve parted ways with Erio-kun and Caro-kun right?
Fate: That’s right.
Nanoha: How did that happen? And what’s your relationship with the closest people of your life now? Please tell us?
Fate: Let’s see, Teana’s told me before she would really like to become an Enforcer, so once she graduated from Mobile Six I decided to take her under my wing.
Hayate: You’ve mentioned that before.
Fate: Yeah, the fastest path to become an Enforcer is to gain experience in actual combat and investigation to pass the exam. And it would be a great help to me if a talented adjutant/aide was by my side.
Nanoha: Though we say Shari-san is an Enforcer aide, she’s not aiming to become an Enforcer herself.
Hayate: That girl’s got quite a number of contacts.
Fate: She seems to get along with all the heads/chiefs of departments and branch officials/superintendant.
Nanoha: She’s not the best/number 1 but she knows who to know/responsible.
Hayate: She’s the type that conscientiously follows all her superiors’ orders.
Fate: Amy was much the same and they get along well too.
Hayate: Oh I see, so that’s the case.
Vivio: And we’ve gone and asked the people in question and got their thoughts. First is Teana-san!
Teana: Um, this is Teana. Currently I and Shari-san work together as Fate-san’s aides/adjutants. Following HQ’s instructions/orders we go and investigate cases on a variety of different worlds.
Vivo: So there’s a lot of off world missions right?
Teana: Um, yes there are but I find it pretty interesting that I get to go to so many different worlds and places.
Subaru: You know, you could buy some souvenirs when you’re there sometimes.
Teana: I’ll be there on business, I don’t have time for that.
Subaru: Oh I see.
Vivio: So Teana-san, how well prepared are you for the Enforcer Exam?
Teana: Ah, um, it’s pretty hard but I’m doing my best.
Vivio: So will you’ll be able to handle cases independently as soon as you pass your Enforcer exams?
Teana: There’s, of course, a compulsory training period before hand. But I guess I’ll go independent as soon as I pass.
Vivio: In that case, when Teana-san become independent, what kind of cases would she like to investigate?
Teana: Um, er, I haven’t really thought about it. I’m sure I’ll learn about what I like and don’t like soon afterwards.
Subaru: There’s still so much we want to do, right?
Teana: Right.
Vivio: Okay.
Teana: On that note, I must admit I don’t know how many times I’ll need to pass the exams.
Subaru: It’s obvious! In just one shot! A pass!
Teana: It won’t be that simple. Though I will do my best.
Vivio: Do your best Teana-san.
Teana: Thank you.
Hayate: Those two are the same as always.
Nanoha: But you can see they’ve grown up a bit. Not just in appearance but in thought too.
Fate: That might be true.
Vivio: To continue on, we’ll talk about Erio and Caro next. Fate-mama, you thought about living together with them right?
Fate: That’s right. I thought it would nice to let the two go to school and live a normal life like Vivio.
Nanoha: But those two had other plans right?
Fate: Yeah, we talked it over and decided.
Vivio: On that note, we also got their thoughts on the matter.
Vivio: So what are you plans for the future then?
Erio: I guess for me, I would like to become a great knight. It seems that in Ancient Belka a ten year old would be considered an adult already.
Vivio: Sure seems like it.
Caro: And there, while we’re working, we can continue our studies and training in lots of different things. And besides, the people there told me I could come home once everything was over.
Vivio: You mean the people at the Nature Conservation corps right?
Caro: Yes.
Vivio: What does the Nature Conservation corps do?
Erio: Let’s see, guarding and monitoring/researching animals in their natural habitats, and also helping civilian researchers. Supool is a haven/sanctuary for rare animals/creatures.
Caro: Whether it’s biological or planetary research, it’s an extremely important research base/spot.
Erio: But there are also many very coveted and very rare animals that poachers want. It’s pretty dangerous for normal Conservation corps members, so they were trying to recruit mages.
Caro: But it’s pretty rare to find any mages who would want to live in the frontier worlds with researchers and Nature Conservation corps members.
Erio: Until now it was pretty inadequate, mages would only come if there was a very clear emergency or crime in progress.
Vivio: Oh, I see.
Caro: That and I am used to living in nature and like meeting lots of different animals.
Erio: I like animals too, and now they don’t have to worry about not having a mage around. It’s a place I can make myself very useful at.
Caro: And so we talked about how we want to work there with Fate-san.
Erio: So after talking it over, she gave us permission.
Caro: It’s a bit far, but as long as we get days off, we can come and visit Mid or HQ whenever we want.
Erio: We feel that there are many things we can only learn here.
Vivio: So are you two very satisfied with your choice?
E+C: Yes!
Hayate: I see.
Nanoha: It seems that it’ll be a very good experience for them.
Fate: I heard from the members of the Nature Conservation corps that they intend to send them back to the city occasionally though.
Hayate: Really?
Fate: They’re still children, so they would like them to have experience about working in the city too. And if they still like the conservation work and research, they’ll welcome them back.
Hayate: I see, they’re good people.
Fate: They don’t want them to live too long in nature and forget about the changing city.
Nanoha: I see.
Hayate: On the other hand, we’ve only lived in the city for so long, we’ve forgotten all about what nature is.
Nanoha: I should ask Erio and Caro teach me.
Hayate: Sounds good.
Vivio: Vivio asks them teach her too!
Fate: Oh yes.
08. 八神家の現在
08. What’s happening at the Yagami Family now
Hayate: Let’s move onto the next question then. Oh hey, this one’s for me.
Fate: I’ll read it for you then. Let’s see, to Division Commander Hayate Yagami.
Hayate: Yes?!
Fate: Are the Yagami household/family doing well? How is Rein and Agito doing?
Hayate: Everyone’s doing great!
Nanoha: Though everyone’s gotten scattered around again.
Hayate: That’s true, I’m also moving around too.
Vivio: So they’re going around and getting/accumulating experience.
Hayate: That’s a good way of putting it.
Fate: Vita’s in the Training Corps, and Signum is assigned to the Ground Forces HQ.
Hayate: Yup, at the HQ Air force, she was invited to be a Captain.
Vivio: Agito is now Signum-san’s adjutant/aide and works with her at the Air Force as well.
Hayate: That’s right!
Nanoha: There seems to be a lot of Agito-related questions here. I guess a lot of people are curious about her.
Fate: There are questions like ‘how does Agito address you?’
Hayate: Well, within the Yagami family, she addresses everyone by their name. Signum, Shamal, Zafira and Rein.
Nanoha: She calls Vita-chan ‘big sis’ (anego) right?
Hayate: Vita’s a great big sister to her little sisters.
Fate: How does she address Hayate then?
Hayate: Well you see, she’s still not calling me by name.
Nanoha: I heard her call you Commander (butaichou – commanding officer) Yagami before…
Hayate: There’s also Commander Yagami or Lieutenant Colonel Yagami. Seems like she calls me by my rank. Guess she still hasn’t figured out how to address me yet.
Fate: I see, I know how she feels.
Vivio: You do?
Fate: Around my mom Lindy, it took a lot time before I could call her ‘mom’ naturally.
Vivio: Oh I see.
Hayate: As for me, I’ve told her ‘it’s all right to call me Hayate you know’ but Agito keeps on saying ‘I can’t do that!’.
Fate: Signum always addresses you respectfully, complete with honorifics. It could be that Agito wants to do the same
Nanoha: Oh I see.
Hayate: Though Agito seems pretty uncomfortable about calling me Meister Hayate or Lord Hayate. I guess it’s because Signum is her Lord
Fate: Yeah, Signum sometimes ask for advice from me about how to get along with Agito sometimes.
Hayate: Huh? Really?
Fate: For example, how to play with her or indulge in her.
Hayate: Really? But Signum can do that naturally though.
Nanoha: Um not really, I can imagine why it’s pretty hard. Signum’s pretty stoic/exacting
and Agito is pretty childish
Vivio: She’s pretends to be really strong but really hates being alone.
Hayate: Vivio gets along with Agito real well, doesn’t she?
Vivio: Yeah.
Fate: In any case, I keep on telling her to “relax”. I keep on telling her if the parent/guardian is tense/edgy, then the child will notice and get nervous too.
Hayate: Oh, I see… Relaxing and taking it easy are definitely things that Signum is bad at.
Nanoha: Signum-san is always very serious/solemn.
Fate: I once invited her to visit our home to see what ‘relaxing’ is really like but…
Hayate: Ha, that’s good, that family knows what the ‘essence’ of relaxation really is.
Fate: She told me, “It was very educational”
Nanoha: Vivio, do you think your Mama is very relaxed/easy going?
Vivio: Yup, you’re definitely very relaxed. Don’t worry about it.
Nanoha: Oh I’m so glad.
Hayate: That covers Signum, Shamal on the other hand…
Nanoha: Is assigned to HQ Hospital/Medical wing as a Medical doctor and does a lot of my check ups.
Vivio: Yup, she’s mama’s personal doctor.
Fate: And with Shamal as her doctor, Nanoha can’t overdo it either. It’s a perfect.
Nanoha: That’s because Dr. Shamal can be pretty scary when she gets angry.
Hayate: It looks like she’s having a good time working as a doctor. She’s busy every day but it’s very self-fulfilling for her.
Vivio: She gets along with her fellow doctors and nurses at the Hospital really well and have lots of friends.
Nanoha: She’s full of life during her breaks, and when her patients do something that she told them not to do, she informs everyone right away. You can’t do extra training/work because of it.
Fate: You just shouldn’t do anything that you’re not supposed to do.
Nanoha: Er…
Hayate: Also you shouldn’t do something that’ll turn you into a patient in the first place.
Nanoha: … I’ll keep that in mind.
Vivio: Hm, Dr. Shamal is doing great!
Hayate: And there’s Zafira. He used to stay by my side all time but lately he’s been going to the 108th Division
Fate: He’s working with Ginga.
Hayate: He seems to like investigation/detective work a lot. And since he’s always in wolf form, he never has to deal with personnel constraints/limits.
Fate: Ginga says Zafira is her teacher regarding investigation.
Hayate: And he’s been having a great time with the challenge of it.
Vivio: Also I love Zaffy because he always plays with me!
Nanoha: We’re always imposing on him.
Hayate: Oh not at all, Zafira’s great with kids.
Fate: He’s very popular amongst kids too.
Hayate: As for my youngest kid, Rein is doing great/happy too.
Fate: Does she get along with Agito?
Hayate: Hm, let me think. Agito is pretty much her polar/complete opposite in every sense. They argue/fight a lot but they have a great relationship. Rein is currently preparing for qualification exams and such.
All: Huh?
09. エンディング
09. Ending
Vivio: Oh unfortunate, it’s almost time for the show to end.
Nanoha: Eh?
Hayate: We didn’t really answer too many questions did we?
Vivio: So I would like to end it with a goodbye message from my mamas’.
Nanoha: Okay.
Vivio: After the show ends, there are still message from all the Forwards, please listen to them all.
Fate: Please do.
Vivio: Starting with Fate-mama, a message from my twenty year old self to my nine year old self.
Fate: When I was a child… when I was nine years old, I went through very sad/painful times with my mother and family. I don’t think I shed that many tears back then but I was so sad and lonely… But despite those sad times, I had a fated encounter with someone and I was able to experience warm memories. During twists and turn of the future, I felt that our hearts/feelings were the same. Those feelings I felt back then still linger in my heart even though I’m twenty years old now. Though painful memories still linger, it drives me to save whose dreams have stolen away, those who were thrown away. Even if in the end I only save just one person from that, I feel that my job is worth continuing. (bad translation)
Vivio: Now for Commander Yagami, your future plans for your twenty year old self.
Hayate: Okay. I discovered magic when I was just nine years old, since then it’s been eleven years already. It seems like yesterday. Well for the people who were supporting and protecting me, it must seem even faster. The Yagami family has grown again with one new member and is full of life. I think to myself, our oldest ‘daughter/child’ who returned to the heavens/sky to watch over us must be enjoying what she sees. What I have now at twenty, I want it to continue when I’m fifty, sixty and beyond with new family members joining at their own pace and happiness. Also, I was wondering if there was any movie or special feature focused on the Yagami family in the making? Personally, I’m hoping to appear in my own movie one day.
Vivio: Hee hee. Okay mama, a message ‘to your nine year old self’.
Nanoha: Hm, let’s see. To my nine year old Takamachi Nanoha self, this is from the twenty year old Takamachi Nanoha. Since meeting Yuuno and discovering Raging Heart and magic, I unwittingly got caught up in a case. Many things happened. I know for a fact, you’re a very stubborn, determined and reckless child and causing everyone around her to worry but… even so… when that girl finally appears before you and fights you, please do your best and face her sincerely. The people you meet and emotions you feel from that case will all become your most treasured memories for your future self. So please, go all out (with maximum power) to not lose.
Vivio: That’s all, that’s the message from my mamas’. And now…
Hayate: I guess we should close this the same way we’ve always have.
Fate: You know we haven’t done that in a real long time now.
Nanoha: Yeah.
Vivio: Let’s see, from the former members of Mobile Six who are doing their best to the audience who listened to us…
Nanoha: To your heart…
All: Drive Ignition!
Vivio: Ah, if you can, please watch the movie showing my nine year old Nanoha mama and Fate mama. The movie is scheduled to be released next year!
Fate: 2009.
Vivio: To my small mothers! Lyrical Magical, I will do my best!
F+H: Oh~!
Nanoha: Er, hearing that kinda makes me feel embarrassed.
Hayate: This program was produced by the anime, game, bishoujo character information magazine, Megami Magazine.
10. ティアからのメッセージ
10. A message from Tea
Teana: Ah, it’s been awhile, this is Teana Lanster. Thank you to everyone who looked after me and cheered me on since I entered/enrolled in Mobile Six. Thanks to all that, I am happy and currently studying hard to become an Enforcer. Now that I think about it, I had a weird inferiority complex and some pretty difficult personality traits; I bothered a lot people around me and worried my friends quite a bit. But thanks to your continuing support during my year at Mobile Six, I think I was able to change quite a bit.
It might sound strange to say thank you to you, but ‘thank you’. To be honest when I finally graduated from Mobile Six, I managed to say thank you to Erio and Caro the same way I did now. Well, I haven’t said anything to Subaru. No, it’s fine if I don’t say anything like that to her. If I said something like that to Subaru, she’d start worrying/panicking and start asking me if I had a fever or if it’s going to start snowing?
Lately, I’ve been working Fate-san and Shari-san and the three of us have been pretty busy. I get pretty tense/nervous depending the situation and it can be pretty hard but when we’re not busy, all three of us start to relax a bit and have some fun.
Now that I think about it, Fate-san is 20 years old, Shari-san is 18 years old and I’m 17 years old, so we don’t have much an age difference.
Whenever we have a brief time off, we get together and have dinner to talk like the three young ladies we are about our future dreams and hopes.
My future and dream… My wish to fly and become a Enforcer is no longer just a fantasy I yearn for but a dream that I can achieve. Well, I still haven’t received any flight training and even if I pass my Enforcer exam who knows when I’ll be able to start working on my own. But rather than comparing myself to everyone else, I’ll go at it at my own speed and pace I set.
So if you’re ever in trouble, please let me help you. I still might be immature but I’m sure, I, Teana Lanster, can help you.
To my gentle listeners, my most sincere gratitude.
This was Teana.

Erio: It’s been awhile, this is Erio. How have you been? We’ve been doing pretty good. Our days at Mobile Six had some pretty tough times but it was still very happy time for me. I met/made many important friends, like my seniors and my friends.
Subaru-san was very kind/nice to me and taught me lots of different things. Teana-san was our very dependable/reliable sempai/senior, though she was sometimes hard to get close but she was really nice.
Out of the entire front line members, I was the only male there and it felt was pretty tough outside of work because of it. Well, there were people who said they envied me but it was really tough for me personally.
Well, leaving that aside, my days at Mobile Six really were very happy. I talked about it with Caro a lot about how great it would be if Mobile Six would continue to operate after the JS case/incident was solved. But no matter what type of team it is, my sempai’s/senior’s taught me a day when we have to go our separate ways will come.
Vice Captain Signum told me that though we part ways with comrades, we will always remember the strength of our bonds.
You know, it’s only now that I finally understand those words truly.
Though I am no longer with my fellow Mobile Six members, I still fondly remember our bond/time together.
One day I want to become an adult that someone will look back upon with fondness. I’m sure that I still have a long way to go before that day, so I’m working hard until that day.
I would be very happy if you continued to support me.
Oh that reminds me, when you head over to Supool, please be sure to visit our Nature Protection Camp. We’ll let you get on and fly Fried, the view above (dragon back) is incredibly beautiful. The crimson sky of dawn and sunset, the starry night sky.
Well then, thank you very much; I’ll be depending on you as always.
This was Erio Mondial.

Caro: It’s been awhile, this is Caro Ru Lushe, please forgive me for not contacting you for so long. Thank you for your sincere support since I was posted at Mobile Six. Thanks to you, I and Erio-kun are working very hard as always. Currently we are on Supool and working with the Preservation Corps/Division, and sometimes we get to match our breaks with Fate-san and spend the holidays together.
Though Lu-chan lives on a distant world now, we still keep correspond/in contact with her. She sends us pictures of her world’s landscapes/scenery and animals to us. It might not be much, but it’s quite interesting/wonderful.
And so, I am now beginning to study a bit of biology. This is the first time I’ve ever studied a subject that’s not magic, it’s all very new to me but it’ll help me in my current job. Since starting my study of living things have been quite surprising and incredible, it’s been quite fun.
The head of the Preservation Team, Mira-san, often asks me why I don’t become a scholar (continue my studies)? But I haven’t decided anything on my future career though. Erio-kun and Fate-san both told me it would be a good idea to keep the option open though.
Oh about Fried and Voltaire, they’re both doing great. I went back to Alsace to see Voltaire. He’s hiding in Alsace’s mountains and leading a quiet life there.
It’s pretty lonely that I can’t see him often, but the fact that I don’t have to summon Voltaire can only mean that things are fine. It comforts me to think of it that way.
Fried is almost always in his large form over here now, when he has no work to do (nothing to do), he spends his time flying around in the sky to relax.
He gets along with Erio-kun really well now, they’re always together. When people see the Preservation Corps for the first time, they think that Fried is Erio’s dragon.
To Fried its pretty set in stone, Erio’s the one who flies and plays with him and I’m the one who spoils him. I guess to Fried, I’m his mother and Erio is his comrade and friend.
I think Erio-kun has mentioned it before, but the natural scenery/wilderness here is amazing/beautiful. There are plenty of sights that we would like you to see. So please, try to come and visit us. Me and Fried will come to pick you up at the airport together.
I would be overjoyed if you could come when you’re free. Well then, so long. This was Caro!

Subaru: Greetings to you all, this is Subaru! Sorry it’s been awhile but I and all the other members of Mobile Six, my Dad and Gin-nee are all doing great. Since the JS Case/Incident ended, I got scouted by a Rescue Team that I’ve always admired/wanted to get into. I agonized about it a little but Teana gave me a little push from behind and I decided to go for it.
Being on the front lines of accidents and disasters to save people who are waiting for us is… well, the training’s hard and it’s pretty normal to run into a lot of close calls and danger. But I feel everything that they taught at Mobile Six and learned from them really has helped me out.
Um, I wonder if I talked about this before… about my body, how my body is really a Combat Cyborg body… I used to be really bothered about it. Why is my body so different from other people? Why isn’t it normal? But, now I can stand and say to myself proudly, it’s to save fading (flickering) lives from disappearing.
After telling my Dad and Gin-nee that, they didn’t say a thing but they shared a little laugh/smile. Oh that reminds me, about Dad and Gin-nee, they’re looking after the Numbers at the Isolation Ward. Everyone there is doing great, it looks like everyone is learning lots of different things and making great progress on their rehabilitation.
It’s pretty fun to talk to Sein and Wendi, Otto and Deed are actually pretty talkative and interesting, and I think to myself often on how mature and adult-like Cinque and Dieci are… Nove is… well, she’s the same as usual to me but around the facility workers, Dad and Gin-nee she seems to be a really honest and good person.
Once everyone’s rehabilitation is over and they get out, there are so many other things they’ll have to learn and get used to. So I’ve been learning myself and not forgetting anything I’ve learned to help them out and share it. I’ve been putting a lot of effort in. I guess I became who I am now because so many other people out there helped me out and taught me. I still get discouraged and anxiety/lost but I’ll do my best. So, I’d be happy if you continued to support me.
Oh when you have some time, come over and visit soon! Near my workplace, there are lots of great touristy places and things to see on your time off. It’s a first rate leisure resort right above the sea/ocean.
Well then, take care of yourself. I pray for your good health and fortune from under a distant sky. That’s all, this was Nakajima Subaru! See you next time/latter!
