Well every level 5 has pretty much fire power with them. That's why they usually have special treatment and also special class for them.

The problem is that memory loss is not the same as Memory Destruction(Touma situation).
The only way so far is traveling through the time to prevent Touma to be affected by the feathers of the light... Did Mikoto misunderstod Touma's situation?0? Because "the queen" is useless and Touma's right hand doesn't help.
