So it's the return of the best song in anime this year and also the best Guilty Crown episode since forever.

A few thoughts

So Shuu is FINALLY badass and it doesn't disappoint one bit. If there's a complaint, it's that this development didn't occur earlier in the series as we only have 3 episodes left with cool/badass Shuu. This development is roughly 13 episodes too late (since the beginning of the second half). Further, as someone said earlier, Scarface is great. He really reminds of the similarly psychotic and unpredictable Joker. If anything, he's too good of a villian for a series as poorly executed as Guilty Crown.
