Another thing to note is Fudo is very mentally weak and suffers PTSD.
Words hurts him the most. He is oversensitive about many things, and just reminding him of certain memories can easily make him go temporarily insane. Insane, not in the way of becoming berserk and gaining strength, but suicidal psychopathic. He also cannot use any of the nanomachines or the battle suit effectively while he is in these emotional states, making him nothing more then a mere human while he is suffering from these breakdowns. Any IS weaponry can easily kill him at this point/
